Instructions: Click on the items that you want to receive. Use "Tab" to move from one box to the next or use the mouse. Do not use "Enter" while filling out the form or you will cause your partially completed form to be submitted. Select colors from the pulldown boxes beside each item. Fill in your name and address. Fill in the ship to name and address if the order is being shipped to a different address. Please complete the method of payment and the shipping information. If you would like a note included or gift wrapping please complete that area. When your order form is filled in and ready to submit, please click the box at the bottom of the order form where it says submit. Your order form will automatically be transmitted to us electronically. For our smaller items, we usually ship the next day. For the bigger products, it may take two to three days to ship. If you would like your order more quickly, call us-- 1-800-206-0006 or 1-360-966-7245-- and we can rush your order. If you would like to confirm by phone or to place your order by phone, please feel free to do so.

If paying by check or money order, you can submit your completed order electronically and send your check in the mail. When your check arrives your order will go out the next day.

If you prefer to tell us your credit card number over the phone, simply check "Other" where it says Method of Payment and submit your order electronically. Call us and tell us your name, your Visa or Mastercard number, and the expiration date. You can call any time of day and leave this information in a message on our secure answering machine.
